Dr. Rich Decker and Jill Decker founded Integrations Wellness & Recovery Center while keeping in mind the whole person - mind, body and spirit. They build authentic connections and create a sense of community with individuals and families that they support. Providing an experience of safety is important to the recovery process. Each person can grow and learn when they find solid roots for their foundation. Mental health care and addiction treatment are the services provided at Integrations Wellness & Recovery Center, but creating opportunities for growth is the ultimate goal.

Integrations Wellness & Recovery Center, LLC is located at 1135 Hwy 7 W in Hutchinson, MN.  Available services include mental health therapy/counseling, outpatient addiction treatment and Women's residential addiction treatment. Our new facility offers more space for programs and groups to support our community!

We are also excited to be able to offer supported housing opportunities at her sister location Foundations Board & Lodge. Please contact Integrations for information regarding funding and application process.
