What I enjoy most about working with people in recovery is witnessing the resilience and strength that can emerge through the healing process. I see healing as deeply connected to identity, relationships, and the ways people navigate and respond to the systems and experiences around them. I value supporting people as they recognize their own strengths, especially after difficult life experiences, trauma, or limiting expectations. I am passionate about creating space for people to define recovery in ways that feel authentic and empowering to them, while building on the resilience, supports, and coping strategies that have helped them survive and adapt. One of the most meaningful parts of this work for me is seeing people begin to view themselves not only through the lens of struggle, but also through growth, capability, and possibility.

In my free time, I enjoy hiking with my dog, painting, playing games, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Fun Fact: Even though I'm terrified of bugs, I love gardening and caring for plants.  Call it a love/hate relationship!
