Often people have questions about how we can help, what that process involves, etc. Here are some of the most common questions answered along with some popular resources that can also provide assistance. As always, feel free to ask us your questions and we’ll get you the answers you need.

  • What services do you provide?

    We offer addiction treatment and mental health services. Whether you’re struggling with addiction, anxiety, depression, bipolar or a variety of other challenges we’re here to help.

  • Do you accept private insurance for services?

    Yes, most insurance covers mental health services depending on your specific plan, deductibles, etc. We accept most insurances including Medical Assistance, PrimeWest, South Country, Blue Cross Blue Shield MN, UCare, Preferred One, and Health Partners. We also accept Medicare for mental health services.  Medicare does not reimburse for susbtance use services except in very specific cirsumstances.  Please call if you are unsure if we are in or out of network with your insurance.

  • What kind of payment do you accept?

    We accept most health insurance. We also accept private pay and offer a sliding fee scale based on income. 

  • How can I get treatment?

    Please call 320-434-1312 and we’ll provide a brief free initial consultation to determine how we can assist you and answer your questions.

  • Do I need a referral?

    No, you do not need a referral. You can access services at your convience.  Referrals are always welcome but not needed.

  • What time are groups?

    We have a variety of groups that meet at different times. Please call 320-434-1312 for details.

  • How long do group meetings last?

    Most group meetings are one hour in length, but that can vary depending on the group.  Substance use treatment is tpyically 2-3 hours per day for up to three days per week.

  • How long do programs run?

    This varies depending what program you’re in and the progress made.  Residential programming commonly lasts approximately 30 days depending on individual needs.  Outpatient SUD programming is more progress based rather than time limited.  Individuals who are intentional about their recovery will have spend less time in treatment than individuals who find it challenging.


    Mental Health services are not typically time limited and services needs are determined by you and your provider.

  • What is the process when working with Integrations Wellness & Recovery?

    • Free consultation to answer your questions and learn how we can help you are available.
    • Complete some initial paperwork.
    • Provide insurance or payment information for future sessions.
    • Schedule sessions based on your need. We prefer in-person visits, but also have telehealth options as needed.
    • We’ll monitor your progress and provide follow-up to determine how often and how long we’ll work together.

  • How do I schedule an assessment?

    Simply call 320-434-1312 and ask to schedule an appointment or ask about a free initial consultation. If you have a referral you can have that sent to us, but this is not required.

  • Do you offer telehealth visits?

    We prefer in-person visits, but do have the ability to offer telehealth visits when deemed necessary.

  • Do you offer complimentary consultation?

    Yes, if you’re interested in talking with someone at Integrations Wellness & Recovery we offer an initial free consultation. This is a brief 20-30 minute conversation to see how we can help you and for you to decide if we’re the right fit for what you need.

  • I can’t drive. How can I get to appointments?

    Appointments with us are considered medical appointments. There are services like Trailblazer Transit that can provide transportation at a low cost. Because these are medical appointments the county can provide payment support.  Telehealth services are an option in some cases.

  • Do you offer outpatient or in-patient services?

    We offer outpatient service for both mental health and sustance use.  We also offer residential susbtance use services for adult women.

    We also operate our sister supported housing program Foundations.

  • What ages do you work with?

    We work with all ages and often work with entire families. We specialize in teen and adult programs, but also work with children.
