Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a Alcohol and Drug Addiction Certification, LADC

Professionally, I enjoy making a difference in the lives of others and am passionate about addressing stigma surrounding substance use and mental health. I have an integrative approach to therapy using cognitive behavioral and person centered strategies. Utilizing the therapeutic relationship and individual strengths are important factors in fostering personal growth.

In my free time I enjoy spending time outdoors including camping, hiking, and swimming. Other interests include thrift in, reading, and watching movies. When time allows I support small businesses, go to craft sales, and find small bookstores looking for my next good read. If I'm not engaged in one of those activities cuddling with my, Koda, is always a good plan.

Fun fact: I participated in Girl Scouts from second grade through high school earning various awards. I am a lifetime Girl Scout member and enjoy volunteering. I've helped to form two new troops, sharing my love for helping others with younger girls.
