Dr. Jake Traxler

At Integrations Wellness, I work with the team to make sure each resident’s medical needs are met during their treatment period, to ensure our patients can focus on working towards sobriety. I meet with patients in my office but also work with the team to optimize medical care while you are in treatment. What I enjoy most is meeting with patients and learning their stories, while collaborating with and learning from the team at Integrations Wellness.

My free time is spent with my wife and children, running, hiking and being outside.
