Jill Decker

I truly love the work that I do. Watching people gain confidence as they move forward in their recovery and begin to realize their full potential is an honor. I take pride in creating a safe space, running a program, and building a team where the people we work with can feel comfortable being themselves and can feel confident in knowing that we see beyond whatever problem has brought them to our doors and recognize their true value and worth as individuals. I am the Treatment Director of the DHS licensed co-occurring mental health and substance use disorder treatment program at the agency. In addition, I provide counseling services to clients in both individual and group sessions and provide clinical supervision to our interns and licensure candidates.

In my free time I enjoy a balance of down time and being on the go. Rich and I have two children, and two dogs that keep us busy and on the move. I’m a foodie, I love to travel, and have learned to embrace adventure being married to Rich all these years. I also love the quiet and a good book or movie on the couch. I have great friends that I love spending time with, whether in person or virtually. I enjoy the sun and spending time outdoors when it’s warm, and tolerate the cold.
