Dr. Rich Decker

I am fortunate enough to live out the cliché of “do what you love, and you will never work a day in your life”.  I enjoy playing a role in seeing people pursue the life they were meant to have, building relationships, and facilitating change. At Integrations Wellness & Recovery I provide psychotherapy services for men, women and children for a range of circumstances including depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, and other mental health related issues. As an owner, I also play a role in day-to-day operations and management of a small business.

In my free time, I enjoy doing almost anything that has an element of risk or challenge including riding motorcycle, scuba diving, distance running, or jumping out of a perfectly good airplane.  I find joy in friends, family, and the endless surprises of life.
